O Nepali Terms of Service

Welcome to O Nepali! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the O Nepali mobile application(the "App") operated by O Nepali.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview

O Nepali is a Nepali language learning app designed especially for young children aged 3 to 8, under the supervision of their parents or guardians. The App provides age-appropriate lessons, games, and content aimed at making learning Nepali fun, safe, and educational.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;

• Create an account using a valid email address;

• Agree to supervise any child who uses the App.
  

We do not knowingly permit children to use the App without the direct involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information;

• Keep your login credentials secure;

• Be responsible for all activities under your account;

• Notify us immediately at hello@onepali.fun if you suspect unauthorized use.
  

You are solely responsible for managing your account and the information associated with it, including your child's profile.

4. User Content and Conduct

As a user, you agree that:

• You will use the App only for lawful purposes;

• You will not attempt to access systems or data not intended for you;

• You will not misuse the App to harm, harass, or exploit others, especially children;

• You will not copy, distribute, or modify content without our permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

5. Subscription and Payments

We offer two subscription options:

• $6.99/month, billed annually

• $9.99/month, billed monthly

Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled before the renewal date. Payment is processed through the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store), and all billing inquiries should be directed to them.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle. Refund policies are governed by the app store’s terms. We do not issue refunds directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and materials available through O Nepali — including graphics, sounds, text, lessons, and trademarks — are the property of O Nepali or its licensors and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without our prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review it carefully.

We do not use cookies on our website or in the App. We do not display ads or share data with advertisers.

9. No Warranties

While we strive to make O Nepali a reliable and enriching experience, we cannot guarantee that the App will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

We provide the App "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, O Nepali will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the O Nepali App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you within the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
